Just wondering can i know what's the good use of M249 or M60?
Like how do i get alot of kills depending on it's stat?
Is it good for Pk,or spar(not really obviously)?
I'm really curious on why both cost 50k while it doesnt kill a bunch.

Yes
It's good for TS and CTF from its massive spread and spam. (You have to try it out)
and without saying from its level of mobility, it's not really good for pk and spar.
The best part is how they look and shoot :P
