Your upload head could have been refunded if the head was made incorrectly, if you didn't set the transparency or if it had an error.

The problem was already stated? Do you not read the posts?

Ill admit our upload rules change alot, but that is the current rule.

This issue has been clarifed and resolved Ill move this thread to a proper answered area.

If you see similar heads report them if you feel targeted.
