There's always small jobs, ALWAYS.

I held a sign for a phone company that paid lower than minimum wage an hour, but I was 15 years old. Legal age is 16, well in my state. Find small jobs.. How bad do you want to become an artist?

Not saying that good artists need a PC, but it's a requirement.

Don't buy a gamer laptop, either. Buy a cheap laptop that has good memory and RAM that can run GIMP or Photoshop and Graal. Mine costed $200, but there's more cheap laptops out there.. Black Friday is coming.

the hat looks awkward on the head, due to the A being too big.
the go does not look like "go", rather looking like 2 dots.
and the A sort of looks like a house, don't know if you were going for that effect.
but good work so far, keep sticking to it!
