A long time ago, a raffle was hosted by SNK, basically there was 10 NPCs all around era and the first 10 people to find them and grab them would be participants of an incredible item raffle in which all of them would win at least one item. Even though i am not sure, i think all of the items were event items, and one guy was lucky enough to get a chem. All i am asking if this is ever happening again

The guy who won Chem had less than 100 hours but he had another "pro" account with 2k hours so they transferred chem to his main acc
