Last time i bought vip they didn't go inside the folders.
You must tap the item then choose add to folder.

I do believe you need VIP to add items on your folders.
makw it like classic or something, food goes to food folder, melees to melees, guns to guns, and remove them from the actual inventory so it looks clean
and of course folders without vip cuz vip sux

I believe VIP Subcription is required to manage "Folders". Like Kendrick said.

Zed & Kendrick are both correct. Let's say you get VIP and make a folder. Skip ahead and now you are no longer vip. Even if you have created the folder you need to have vip ACTIVE for you to move items to the folders. You cannot add items to a folder if your vip has expired
