there is No skin for the Fmg9 which there should be due to the fact this weapon is pretty old, and has never i beilve recived a skin except for its default one.

I don't think there is a fmg9 skin.

My theory is that since it has to fold into a box that you have to carry around, it's somewhat complicated to make a skin.
