I've been researching about becoming Player Relations by past experiences by other admins so I'll know what mistakes not to make, Being A Player Relations would be more like a hobby for me I love working and solving problems, and also have a love for people even if they are going to diss me for every mistake I may make

Thank you for your tip, but I knew that admins don't hire needy people, I simply ask A few select admins how their experience as a Pr went, nothing more than that, and I tell them up front that they don't need to share their experience of it's private or just not interested.
