Add band ability in gang

So we all know that some of people get band from leaders to join back different reasons so i wont discuss it so it would be good to give ability for the gang leader and 5star ranks to block people from joining ,the reason why to add this ability because that when u band someone some of the ranks are of so they dont have any idea about it ,2nd reason they change name / look to join back .

I think this is a decent idea, from playing fort for awhile i've many people slack and get blacklisted from the gang, but they can simply change their name and appearance.

Not to mention others may not know they've been blacklisted.

Yeah, only leader should be able to Blacklist, otherwise it would be abused, like you said.

Actually they are using ban word as a kick like all lethal or kick but they use all lethal or ban

Well if there's a band and the gang is basing, then that's considered slacking and they will just get kicked.
