It feels like whoever handles "tickets" quit or doesent care or something of that nature just curious on whats going on in that department ?! And no this is the only place i can get answers from at this point also i have made myself very clear in the ticket request it seems to not matter if you feel like this thread is useless thats fine but i would like answers and maybe others might as well

Ace is the one who is in charge of tickets, but you have to realize that Ace has a job too, also managing the players in Era as a PR, so he is very busy. And you won't get a response instantly, you have to wait.

Ace is not the only one holding the toonslab also Ser and Ventus (IDK if ventus doing toonslab anymore)can respond too.

Btw just wait 24h then ticket will be respond. If Ace and ser is not busy

he has school
and hes a security guard at a mall at night time
