    Graal Email Problem

    I recently found out that I no longer receive emails to revoke / log into my account.
    (Also dont get them for Zone)
    I went to send a support ticket and entered in the corresponding email,I received no confirmation email for this well..
    It says that I have been sent an email but I dont get anything, checked spam folder etc.
    Can somone help me?
    Sending a support ticket will not work..I think
    (I have not gotten a reply in a few days and the email associated with the ticket was a different one)

    Wait for the ticket response. Are you sure it is the same email?

    Basically I used an alternative email to send a support ticket for a problem regarding another email problem.

    Ignore that, I'm probably not being concise enough.
    Consider this

    Then I have to confirm that I own the email but in my inbox I have no new email related to the confirmation.


    So I use another email to send a ticket.
