Bought head upload. Not even 2 hours yet and it's sell for 50%??

So i recently bought a new head for myself like 5minutes ago and, The head is not in the right position as you can see so, I wanted to sell it but, it says it only sells for 50% not 100% considering it hasn't been 2 hours or more yet, If there is an issue with this please fix it. I upload kaneki head but i don't want it so i refund it without 2 hours even i see 10k i recive 20k lol. If u only get 10k u can report it to admins they can answer and back ur 20k it's not a kind of issues lol

I asked a PR before and i was told it's just a bug, but you'll still recieve the full refund if 2 hours hadn't passed, no matter what's written down

It's not a bug.

The "10K refund" is just a standard message.
You'll get the appropriate refund regardless.

This happens to everyone it says 10k becouse thats the price but in first 2 hours it will say the exact same thing but you will get full refund.
