so the email to my main account doesnt receive email for graal i tried sending a toonslab report and that didnt send to the email either i cant grt on my main account because the graal stuff wont send to the email and idk why i emailed ace but nothing happened what do i do

It may be a problem receiving the email, make a new email. If you want to use the same email, if you have logged in a Graal Online Era account with that email, then you should ask a staff member.
