Thor's Headset: (Adonis/Headset)
The most up to date equipment in graal!
-Info- (Will not help with any weapon that has a "Electric Effect")

This item known as the Thor's Headset will allow you to:
Add an Electric (Stun) Effect to any weapon when the thor's headset is Equipped (In the hats Slot)
Causes a 5.5% Chance to Stun with any weapon with a slower rate of fire than [.19] meaning anything ROF- .20 or slower will have a 1/20 chance of stunning.
-Any item with .18 or faster ".18,.17, etc." will have a 2.5% chance of stunning.-
Cost- 15000 Gralats, able to use on any gun that doesn't stun.

Deaths Mask (Adonis/Headset)

This item known as the Deaths mask will allow you to:
Add a reaping effect when equipped as a hat.
a reaping effect has 2 abilities, which are:
1) Heals you 15 HP for every 10 Kills you have
and 2) Adds a 5.5% chance of doing damage after you attack someone.
(1 HP for every 5 seconds)
Cost: 23500

Recon+ Headset (Adonis/Headset)

This item is known as the Recon+ Headset, it's abilities include:
Added accuracy (.05 extra accuracy)
Laser sight added to any gun (if it doesn't have it)
And a switch effect to allow the hat tun turn the mask lights on/off.

Lengthy Kill- has a 7.5% Chance to keep doing damage after you attack, doesn't go away until they die. (1 HP for every 4 seconds)

The ideas you showed have some flaws to it. However, you should of done this as a private organization and show the results to the public.
