And anyone in the Philadelphia/Michigan/St. Louis region should keep on high alert.

This is also happening where I live in Colorado.
Heard of it. There aren't any in California, that I am aware of.
Its been viral for about 2 weeks now and currently if your caught lurking around as a clown and someone calls the police, you will be arrested for disorderly conduct. It has been happening all across the country.
