Identification Issue Verifying Account

Hi,

I've recently over the last 2 weeks been trying to access my old account that was last used about 3 years ago. I am having a problem that many other people seem to be having which is not receiving any emails from any Graal related emails, the main issue is the verification for my main account.

I have checked all folders, including spam and junk. I've contacted Microsoft many times and they cannot help, I have also contacted staff a few times but they were unable to help.

Does anyone know a legitimate fix for this? I'm using a hotmail account.
