what is slice and dice achievement?

I was in speedy pizza and someone just got the slice and dice achievement I checked their secret achievements list and the in crust we trust one wasn't there other players have been saying it's from breaking peels but I don't think this is the case as I got in crust we trust already but no slice and dice
