How do I be an admistrator in era?

Dear Graalians,I wanted to ask you this question for a long time but that time,i have not created this account yet,so let's start.
1.Why can i be an admistrator in era?I just wanted to create fun for Graalians but i still couldn't as i was a 2k kills and 2h noob.But why?Plz suggest ur comments whether i should be an admistrator in era plz.
