You're better off getting art studio than sprite something. I used both but art studio has much more features, it's basically a tablet version of photoshop

You cant say that kids have no PC as you dont know it, you would have to do a long research.
If youre gonna say things without knowing, youre gonna go low and you will eventually get banned one day and continue getting banned until a ban forever.
