Forting does not need a reward since it's so often and many different gangs get the top 3 so making rewards for alot of gangs wont be an easy task, especially if they heard forting is giving rewards.

Maybe if a gang comes first in 500 forts they get a hat? Just a suggestion but atm it's simply gralats

I do basing more than fort and imo, basing is much harder since usually each shift is more than 30minutes, but to encourage more gangs to do fort, Graal should have (for example: 10000 fort wins = money boost for 14 days) but its just a suggestion.

I think it should be " fort wins" or "total fort kills" in order to receive prizes. Then people can't win things left and right and fort gangs will get more serious since it's a ongoing goal. Like in basing people compete on how many hours they can throw up on a leader board, having the wins recorded for a forting leader board would certainly make forting more competitive...challenging..and of course , more popular.
