if it costed that much, each skin would have to have like a special boost to it like speed/freeze/etc.

That wouldn't be a bad idea, actually.
Example: a PBP shotgun skin that altars the weapon so that it only shoots 3 bullets instead of 4, but each bullet is +1 damage.
Or: A Shipka skin that changes the gun so that it only has a 20 clip instead of 40 (10 shots instead of 20), but its fire-rate was boosted.

if you'd make gang skins temporary like the grab hats in gang hideouts if you'd get off tag or kicked then you lose it, i believe that would make the gang skin more an actual "gang" skin instead of a merchandise lol, but i think people would hate that idea ;p
