I don't agree neither disagree, if the curses were on public chat and then you get warned after some time then there wasn't any logs of you swearing OR the PR saw you swear but was late at warning (which he shouldn't be)
If the cursing was made via PMs and as you stated that you didn't speak with your friend for a while the pms were still there to be investigated.
Either way you did curse, and 3 hours won't kill a man.
