What're yall's opinion on staff that don't host events?

Well some of admins dont host coz they hate spamming they still do their jobs checking reports / uploads .

A player doesn't get hired for doing Events, and even if he does some, he gets blamed for not choosing the "right" event

Hosting events is a choice, not a requirement. Can completely understand why someone wouldn't want to host.

Personally, I'd prefer that the staff team spent more time doing reports quicker and approving/disapproving custom uploads than hosting events. Just my opinion. Nothing wrong with some hosting events on occasion, but it isn't what being a staff is about, and moreso I think that it should be seen as a reward to the staff, like time off from their usual work doing the nitty-gritty server tasks.

I'm going to have to disagree with what you said there.
It is not time off at all. In fact, it's the opposite, it's putting in extra effort in to increase players enjoyment.

There are some admins that love doing events, but sometimes events can be a bit much. Players literally will borderline harass staff if they don't get what they want. Lots of spam and pressure, if the hoster doesn't do one thing a certain person's way, they'll end up hating you for it, not to say you can please everybody but it probably becomes very annoying if it's done excessively.

The amount of times admins host events is not something should be argued about. Not all admins can host and not all want to host. There are admins that enjoy hosting and some either can't or don't want to. That's why most admins have in their status "Don't spam for events".

Look admins host if they want to it's not something they need to do.
Admins probably dont host becouse they dont like spam or just dont like doing it.
