Yes I have, but he still thinks theres a problem cause of the recent wifi issue.

Yes, try scanning for viruses. But some of them go way way deep into your computer and you would have to manually get them out.

My internet provider has always been great. It has been acting up recently, and he thinks it's my Graal stuff.

Try deleting graal for a few days, then see if your wifi still acts up, if it does, then it's not graal

There are really soooooo many factors that could be affecting your wifi.

1.) Your box could be getting worn out and not distributing as good of a signal.
2.) The Ethernet cable could be getting worn out.
3.)Other members of your family could be downloading, streaming or watching youtube.
Those are just a few simple examples, there are so many other factors. I would suggest, if you wanted to prove your dad wrong, you should download an Internet Usage Meter type of software.
