Alright, im gonna elaborate a bit, The base sword itself will be free. however you have to solve some puzzles in order to find a tomb in which the sword is in. Upgrading the blade the first time, takes 40k gralats, but after that upgrading is completely free, you just have to complete the steps.

If it happened(which it probably won't), it would probably be inside of a mine, in a crack in the wall surrounded by pickaxes. and it has to be expensive because no one gets that powerful of a weapon for free, and the Blacksmith needs to make a living too.
