I've never given birth so I don't know what it feels like. But getting kicked in the groin can make someone pass out, or make them unable to stand. So i'd have to say groin.

pain is subjective, it cannot be compared or graded. but when you think about it the pain of getting kicked in the groin will last at most an hour whereas giving birth can last anywhere from 2 hours to a day (dont quote me on this i have done no real research)

I know you said not to quote but ill just have to clarify that there is actually a way to measure pain, its called "Dol", yet this measurement was never official. This is my belief; getting kicked in the groins is the most painful short-term, meanwhile delivering a baby is the most painful long-term.

Naturally, getting kicked in the groins only last for a few minutes whereas giving birth lasts initially longer.
