Verifying Email Won't send

Hi i i trying to identify my graal account for about 1-2 weeks now, the verification email said it's sent but i don't receive it. I checked all of my folders such as Spam, Junk, etc. i check to see if any email is blocked or filter to.i also tried to file a toonslab report but it won't send me approval email for the email, so i had to use my other email to file the report, i haven't got any replies from them , i messaged ace, and snk and i know they are busy but they haven't replied about my problem either. if anyone can help me that would be great my GraalID is "Graal1270474", and if u need to msg me ingame my name is huy(illustrious)

i had the account for serveral years i don't think ill be making a new one.
