Explode death effect = when you kill someone their body parts will go everywhere.
However with the stats of it you probably won't be killing anyone anytime soon.

Well I mean the description says exploding death animation it doesn't say you explode.
I haven't used the item or seen it until now but from reading it, it's pretty clear on what it does as it would just be the effect of your body parts flying off that happens when you use explosive guns. The chance of that happening isn't 100% so it won't happen everytime
The artillery cannon has the same effect but I'm pretty sure that happens 100% of the time
