He meant as in the price changes are out of anyone's hands here, because Google and iTunes or what ever country are the ones altering prices.

I think Ace meant by 'No one in forums has the ability to alter prices' that it's Unixmad or some product manager setting the prices. Apple and Google don't set the country price conversions for ingame purchases, and if they did then they would be given a lot of crap on how disproportional they are. That it isn't snk setting the prices.
