I think he will be able to make mexico pay for the wall. the estimated cost of the wall is between 15-25 billion dollars. People from the u.s. send over 24 billion dollars a year to mexico to their families and other people. Trump has said he will cut off the 24 billion being sent there each year if they don't pay for the wall. Either way i think it will go up. If congress passes it. if they don't pay for it they will have 24 billion less american dollars flowing through their economy each year.
