You should make another weapon that speaks "winter". Not your howl gun. Also, don't be using the same functions as other guns.

These look good. But black hat look like it needs more shading on the round part.

The looks dent up like it was hammered. If that was your goal, you did great.
However the blue fire that suppose to come out of the gun is kinda bad. Look in game and see how the fire looks like coming out of the guns.

Okay, let's start with your snowman mask. It's good, decent, and well-shaped. So, you have a good start right there.
However, the shading of it is too low, that is if you have shaded the mask. Overall, you need a darker outline, not black, though. AA is needed for your eyes.
Like I said earlier, it's simple and easy, but what makes your mask stand out?
Now, to the top hat.
I see many jaggy lines in this graphic. The shading isn't correct, either.
Simple shading it has, right? Smoothness is what depicts a top hat. Don't be going too realistic, either. Like I said for your mask, what makes your piece stand out?
Honestly, it's too basic. It's nothing but a top hat with thread. I've seen many of those, so it's boring. Think what to add in to make it more.. interesting. Make it a bit longer, too. Please don't bore your audience
