Add ice on the muzzle. The bullet looks weird don't whats wrong with it. Good job tho

:/ the hat looks bad. First you did pillow shading on the eyebrows and mouth. Secondly, the outline is wrong, the gray destroyed the look. Finally shade and add lighting colours to the hat. It has 20% shading. You asked for criticism and you got it.

Noice, you wasted your time with making a bullet skin, you can't change the skin of the bullets(well you could but it would take scripting just for something that moves to fast to see)

Do it all over again by scratch. That outline looks so familiar..

Create a dark outline, don't have a light outline.
Your shading is very vague. Darken the shading, don't be shy.
The mouth is too thick.
Eyes need to be AA'd.
Your shape is too jaggied and doesn't look like a circle. Same goes with the side views.
If you're wanting to add the white, add it inside the outline.
