League of Legends Tournament

Heyaaa guys !

So, a friend and myself are going to host a LoL tournament.

Reminder : This tournament isn't endorsed by Riot games, this is an unofficial tournament.

Few infos : Each team will be made of 5 players (Top laner, Jungler, Mid laner, ADC and Support), we will have x number of teams.
You will also have to play 3 games in a row in order to know if you've won or not (i.e: if you've won 2 games out of 3, you're qualified for demi finals).
Keep in mind that it is 3 games in a row, so at least 1h30 of free time).

/!\IMPORTANT/!\:
Sadly, as this is an unofficial tournament, and since we're located in Europe, we can only have EUW (Europe West) players. This means that if you're a NA, Asia, EUN (Nordic Europe) player you won't be able to join in (unless you have an EUW account on which you can go to participate in the tournament).

If you're interested in joining, here's a form that you'll have to fill up for me to take your registeration :

Team Name (TAG), list all the players you've gathered and their role (max. 5 players).

i.e: Impulse MultiGaming (IMPMG), Kirzey (ADC), BlackXios (Mid laner), Night (Jungler), Zarvonic (Top laner), Emma (Support).

Here is how it'll go if we say we've got 8 teams:

Number of teams: 8 teams, 5 players per team (Top laner, Jungler, Mid laner, ADC and Support).

Team 1 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 2 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 3 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 4 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 5 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 6 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 7 : Team name (TAG), player names.
Team 8 : Team name (TAG), player names.

Day x Month x: (Quarter finals)

Teams matches randomly picked.

Team x vs Team x (Game 1), (BO of 3 games)
Team x vs Team x (Game 2), (BO of 3 games)
Team x vs Team x (Game 3), (BO of 3 games)
Team x vs Team x (Game 4), (BO of 3 games)

Day x Month x: (Semi finals)

Winner game 1 vs winner game 3 (Game 5), (BO of 3 games)
Winner game 2 vs winner game 4 (Game 6), (BO of 3 games)

Day x Month x: (Final)

Winner Semi Finals game 5 vs winner Semi Finals game 6, (BO of 3 games).

The tournament will be held at a time where everyone can play, if you've signed up, but you're unable to play due to IRL reasons, PLEASE, notify me ASAP so I can make modifications.

Don't forget to tell your friends about it if they're LoL players, the point of this is to have a cool event outside of Era.

The tournament will be held during Xmas Holidays, near the 17/18/19th December.

If we have enough players to host the tournament and that I'm not required into joining a team, I'll be streaming the whole tournament on Twitch.
