Hello!

What is one thing you wouldn't change about Era. Whether it comes to shops, hats, bodies, Bases, jobs, guns, rewards, Holidays, etc...

My one thing is Bases, my whole 'era career' has been evolved around basing.
I made my own gang at 20 hours and got 67 hours total.
Based with Winged/kin/OpenWide/Obsidian for 3k hours (12k-15k)
Based with NBK from late 2014-2016 (almost 10k hours)
I've gotten all my kills from basing (207k, I have stopped pking for the past 5 months)
I've acquired a ton of friends during basing:

Cem, rick, ricky, tanner, kip, shaggy, trippy, trippy, Jorge, Yaxo, Luna, Ash, Hill, Rapid, Wesley, Aquamarine, Lefty, Duke, Yogy, Juaan, China, Kay, Doug, Jim, Drake, Kame (don't know if we cool?), robzz, tibzz, migzz, Mia, KitKat, Firefly, MoneyMan, Allan, WorldWide, TNT, Myst, Killa, silent and a ton of others.

I would change their hiring decisions.
Skill < Personality
Unless the guy gets in trouble constantly.

In other words, someone opinion about the applicant does not matter to the effect that applicant can have in game. Opinions are worthless and pathetic, and that is going around till today.

It's pretty sad, actually.

Their present system is still garbage

- Delaying everything
- Deleting everything instead of saving it for next year
- Staff using excuses to not try thei best just because they dont get paid
- Etc
