Reason why server needs updating

so my nephew went to log onto era this morning and gets this message

Like I've said in the past the app needs to be updated in the app stores along with the server being updated you imbeciles

i get this all the time. the server is always lagging and it has so many bugs, updating it in the app store/in google play would be amazing.

I don't think he was being sarcastic, he meant he knows that everyone knows it needs an update but the guy in charge isn't gonna do it. Even if you have 60 million+ why would you bother updating a game that runs "ok"

He should be Paying his higher staff members...Especially SNK as time consuming and tedious scripting is.

Here's why you would bother updating it I'll put in point form for you for a better understanding


1. Apps made for Apple/Google all need regular updates

2. Why do they need regular updates? Because applications need to keep up with the devices software

3. Example say you have iOS 10 right? Graal is starting the get that message when you log on right?

4. Meaning if Apple were to release IOS 11 Graal may just stop working altogether on that version of software as it will no longer be compatible

5. When apps end up not being compatible what then happens Apple declares it a "broken app" meaning it will be removed from the App Store until the developer decides to update there software for it to be compatible with the IOS versions

6. I know this cause it's happened to many apps in the past declvelopers think they no longer need store updates once there app is released but what they don't realise is they actually do need to update every now and then to keep up with the new versions of software companies such as Apple bring out


It's already been said by SNK himself that he can't do anything about the updates in the app stores



Also if the game ran ok why are people complaining about lag? Why are people getting this message? Clearly something needs to be fixed and that image I provided proves the app needs updating

Holy crap its compatible with IOS 4.3 or later. That's even worse than I thought.

It seems their last app store update was 2 years ago.
