I coulda swore i seen it say can be upgraded
Sorry for this late response but when it says "can be upgraded" I believe it only meant that when its rusty you can repair it.
Also for reload sleep, its the amount time you can't fire after reload. Every gun has this but most of them are low so you really don't notice it.
