    Nobody was consulted with any of the changes- probably not even snk, for the toonslab site atleast.
    The toonslab site didn't fail- I/we used it for years without any problems. Moving back to an email-based ticketing system was a huge step back

    There is a way you can make this system work with out even needing someone to manually check the tickets, I'll let you guys use your brains to work this one out

    It is truly not easy to juggle work and school and then dedicate the rest of your time to graal.
