What Would You Do As Staff?

Even though we wont evade that salty kid judging on your idea saying "ok, but you're not a staff" i want you to write down what would you do as a manager of graal era, what stuff would you change and what things would you improve.

In my case i would do background research on hirings, such as real life personality. They are just hiring "capable players" by their knowledge on the game when in reality most could be irresponsible 13 year olds saying they're 18 and the PRAs believing them without any evidence whatsoever.
Reset Spar boosters such as laggers and VPN users as the definition of graal stat boosting should be "abusing of any form of illegitimate gameplay to gain an unfair statistic boost off of other players or your alternate accounts"
Guns reviewing as on my opinion regardless of their price some items are either too good or too bad for what they're supposed to be.
Implement a system that allows players to advertise certain things like house parties or any player-held event, after such are payed for and revised before being advertised.
This are just ideas thought of whilst writing this thread and not necessarily deeply analyzed.

3. Less rules on customs(More $$$$$$$)

4. ID jail > IP jail

5. Hire responsible people

6. All new staff will be monitored by staff that I personally trust and that are no way afiliated with the new staff in any way

7. A gang admin that isnt bias

8. A team of elite people I trust to monitor staff

9. Improve the hiring system

10. Try my best to make people happy

11. Might be super hard but if possible at least one update per 2 weeks

12. Faster ticket system

Hmm i was a staff before so i would probably try out scripting and do more quests, since there weren't any this year i think.

1.Teach admins a real maturity. I did't see any mature Admins. I only know the admin in forums who is the real mature it's XSTARX

2.I whould invistigate every person before i jail them and not to be unjailed again.

3.I WHOULD treat my job as a Human not an animal ~_~

6.Demoting admins did't know how to be a responsible on his position

8.I give some player chances to be an Admin even they got Fired in there past

10. And last, I will never ever make my own Jail Rules for players
