There's no valid reason to harass someone, a valid reaction would be to walk away or block the player instead of throwing a tantrum. That's why you get punished for it and why you can also report people for harassment (because it's not valid)

As i already said like a dozen times, all i do is to answer back the same way someone directed to me, you come to me and tell me "hi iMagic, i hope you have a nice day" i'll wish you back the same times 10 but if you come to me dissing me and offending me in all sorts of ways i will most likely wish you the same back, how's that harassing? I am clearly just defending myself

a) They do something that warrants them getting reported and/or blocked.

b) I get blocked.
