no shading on the hat the smoke animation looks bad its not even looking like smoke the mask is too dark and there is not outline but there is outline inside the mask u should use dark color inside and black for outline use lighter red and the side looks horrible tbh u just used the front and remove some parts from it dont be lazy and make a good sides but first try to fix everything i say also why there is no straps on the back
