Hello fellow graalians and admins,

I am here to just ask some questions around Player Relations.

Is Player Relations hiring right now?

and..

What makes you get hired or have a chance in getting hired?

If I may ask?

I have been helping era for a while now and love helping out. For example: the other day I helped someone who didn't understand English so I translated it for them into Japanese. I can speak many languages. I hope someone notices that I have been helping out.
I would love an opportunity to help even more around era and believe that I would be a good asset to the team.
I also work in another server called: Warfare. Its now changed its name.
I do sound effects in that and I love that.
I would also like to say thank you to all admins for all your hard work and dedication this year. It has clearly showed off. So thank you to all!
and maybe just maybe consider me?

Only way you become PR, now a days is by knowing admins. This has to be the most idiotic way of getting hired, you should be filling out a survey/document about being hired AND then getting on discord or skype and talking to the admin that is hiring you.

Not even close to how it works, from what I got if you've shown that you're worthy for the roll you receive an in-game player relation application from the specific PRA. Once the application has been submitted the next thing to do is wait. Being Friends with another staff member may how ever make you a better person but won't likely boost your chances.

About 2 months ago I seen it on forums.

Yeah because the applications are done in-game now.
I don't know about other zones but for the whole North American region this is how recruiting goes.
Recommendation by PR/SPR > In-game application > PRA's discord interview > Offer of position

Totally not worth it. I'd be focusing on work and grades than this whole thing. (I'm still a news staff, that's the irony).
Getting the in-game application takes good fortune and communication from other staffs. That's what makes a "Player Relations". So if I were you I wouldn't care less about being an admin in this game. Especially any development positions.
But if by chance you receive the PR application, then good. I, myself would do the app and it may be a little exciting but can be depressing and boring later on. Otherwise, I wouldn't even bother.
