The stuff you said makes you sound like a suck up in my opinion. But Nicholas said you need admins friends. You see most people that get hired are the big names in Era and the reason is its bc they have admin friends. Without admin friends your chances are low I would say. Not just your chances but anyone's chances for that matter.

Thats not really True only partly.
You see sprs and pras Hire people but the pras have to approve players chosen by sprs. So now its that they sent u an application which May look suspicious but it is better as they can check logs etc before sending the app. Anero,Ser,Vendhin and Nyx are the names everyone associates with pr. These people are fair and give equal chances based on applications. Drizzle a New spr has done well aswell he hired unkown players proving he acts fair. I only had sometime my doubts considering US region or when it comes to Zephlyn Members. But it goes fairly same for development department.

And by making a thread about it , You're just ruining your chances.

Only way you become PR, now a days is by knowing admins.

If that was true , I should've been a staff by now . Since I know a lot of staff members , and got suggested by Firefly . But No ... In order to get hired you should get noticed by a PR/SPR and then suggested . You'll also have to contribute in different ways in order to help this community , In addition to , helping the new comers with their inquires.

Yeah because the applications are done in-game now.
I don't know about other zones but for the whole North American region this is how recruiting goes.
Recommendation by PR/SPR > In-game application > PRA's discord interview > Offer of position
