I agree that it was not the right direction to bash staff. I have pmed several HIGH staff and non-high staff and they have the "Has logged out" when they haven't logged out. That is ignoring peoples opinions that admins are supposed to be taking in. Yes there are people that spam them, so they should get a warning for harassing or spamming a staff member.

They could also be afk or busy. Again making assumptions. I agree sometimes it takes a little bit of time before a question is answered but why make a big deal about it?

I already stated it was an assumption, but it is true because I have had this happen.

I also leave my account online all day and actually only play about 6 hours on weekdays because I work. People get mad because I don't reply to their questions but when I'm around I check my chat history and reply to everyone I can. If you try this yourself you will have a microscopic feeling of the amount of pms staff need to sort through. Also if you're getting spammed it is hard to see EVERY pm that you have received, even when you're not afk.

It would be nice if the chat history could save last 100 pms instead of just 10.

You also might want to keep in mind that they may not know the correct answer and need to contact another staff member themselves. They wouldn't want to give misleading information especially as of late since everything they seem to do has been put under a microscope in hopes of finding a flaw.

They wouldn't know you're trying to PM them...

Or in-game you could add a sign (you can grab and it goes to a different screen?) or something similar to a billboard showing all approved and advertisable sites?
