It`s not to look 'Scary" or "Badass" it`s simply a achievement towards gang. If you dont like it owell many others do , and thats what matters

The head has a mask... How was it accepted? And you see, a gang body makes sense. A gang head, on the other hand, gets everyone mixed up. If a group of people walked into a room wearing the same clothes, you would know which one was which, and understand that they are part of a group. If a group of people walked into the room wearing the same clothes and masks, then a problem occurs. No one is able to tell the difference between most of them.
