What you mean in game? Your alignment number is the percentage. if your near 0 alignment your a gangster and you achieve this by pking Green named people who have a neutral alignment (around 50) or by pking blue name alignment (near 100)

To get a blue name and be a cop, you need to get your alignment near 100. You need to pk people with red names or low alignment.
