    It's great how you can see when they're online too. That way you know they might do something, but you come back to find out they didn't even bother.

    Other people who had the issue were able to fix it by removing the app from their phone. Download the app again. Then login to era with an unidentified account. Then login as your identified account. I'm not sure if it will work for you but it worked for 2 other people so far.

    Don't duplicate threads (its illegal and you should be warned/banned permanetly for it). Also don't get angry. If you start to become demeaning to staff -in any way- you will be dealt with accordingly (permanently and universally banned).

    Just wait another 1-2 months. A staff member might help you.
