Their the same just different colors..
I feel like purple presents are a bit more lucky. No idea why, but I guess that's just my imagination.

Last year there was 3 big items in presents which include rage blade, exotic coin, and GM4. I would assume the present colors have different rarities for these items, but that might not be the case.
