I'm surprised nobody made a thread about this.
Snk was on his iOS account jailing players who scam presents then he announced that he had caught a few scammers https://i.imgur.com/9eS1SWv.png
Scamming was always legal and all of a sudden it becomes illegal and players get punishments for doing it?
I disagree with this
Ofc nobody likes scammers but scamming breaks no rule
Please when a rule gets changed announce it on forums and ingame

G4G and scamming is particularly different, therefore it doesn't fall under as a delusion no matter what.

As such, this is an occasional event and you wouldn't want jerks to take your hard-earned presents away, would you?

I doubt he actually did. I think its more of a scare tactic to try and keep people from doing it.

Scamming is legal still however Snk doesn't appeciate people taking advantage of the christmas spirit, so if he personally witnesses people scamming he will jail you on sight. No warns just an instant jail.

Just consider whether scamming someone off of $500 gralats is worth spending several hours in jail.
If you don't scam then you've nothing to worry about

rade scams: Scamming of in-game items is still legal, however exceptions to this are player harassment for a trade, abusing possible bugs or offers to "duplicate" items, as explained earlier. These types of issues should be reported immediately.
