For the past few weeks every time I try to send an identify request to access my main account on my ipad I don't receive a request in my emails at all. I still have access to my account via pc and iPhone but still haven't been able to identify my main to my iPad. My email still gets every other spam/daily so I feel as if it may be something on iEras part.
- Even though I can get on my "sub" account just fine. The identify request is sent almost instantly.
