For the past few weeks every time I try to send an identify request to access my main account on my ipad I don't receive a request in my emails at all. I still have access to my account via pc and iPhone but still haven't been able to identify my main to my iPad. My email still gets every other spam/daily so I feel as if it may be something on iEras part.
- Even though I can get on my "sub" account just fine. The identify request is sent almost instantly.
I had the same issue and still do. It happens whenever you revoked and re identify, I usually wait a day or 2 before re identifying. Or you deleted the email maybe.

The thing is this has happened to me as well. Although never to an extreme extent as not being able to get the identify request for 3 weeks. I have tried almost everything with my email provider and not even they can figure out why I'm not getting sent the requests. haven't revoked any email logins for the past 3 months now either. Definitely a strange issue.
