    im pretty sure they can be aqcuired from blue presents $300(Near Mercy west hospital)ive asked some of my friends they said its in blue present, though in red presents i think its exotic coin and gm4 only

    Colour doesn't matter only price.
    The different colours are just there because of the 450 max per colour

    Yup, that's gambling. The Umbrellas and Gold AKM was very limited quanity.
